Meet The Team

Brian Hauser has grown up in the Oswego/Aurora area. After graduation from Illinois State University in 1991 he became a licensed real estate appraiser and began working for Maher Appraisal Service. In 1996, he enhanced his appraisal back-ground and his love for real estate and became a Realtor. His love for people and his job is evident in all that he does and he appreciates personal referrals the most!

Brian's main position among The Hauser Team is Listing Agent. Because of Brian's strong background this is the perfect job for Brian! He enjoys meeting people, getting to know and advise them in the best ways to market their home! Brian enjoys seeing people be able to make the move they want to make and helping them to achieve their goals.

Missy Hauser grew up in Central Illinois, graduated from Illinois State in 1992 and began teaching in the Early Childhood Department for the Oswego School District #308 in 1993. Shortly after Brian became licensed, Missy followed and became a licensed Realtor in 1996 also.

Missy's position is mostly "behind the scenes". She does everything from computer work, listing maintenance, advertising and more; including negotiating contracts, showing properties and providing support and flexibility to meet the needs of her team as well as our clients. Marketing, follow up and Customer Service make Missy an asset to the team. Look forward to speaking with Missy about your transaction!
